Little by little things change, you don't notice them until something "BIG" happens.

It's hard during those in between times, when you feel like nothing is changing... but when your head hits the ground, it is so apparent just how hard you have worked and how much things have changed.

Thanks for reminding me to remember those moments.Lilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06044336707596369037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4376050346911543738.post-2429892826207572012010-06-06T19:22:49.240-07:002010-06-06T19:22:49.240-07:00Angela,

It is hard to replace those old negative mantras with new positive ones. I just wrote a post on my blog about being connected to my body, and how frightening that is. I'm trying to find the strength in my body by exercising instead of only using it as a weight loss tool, but I'm finding that difficult. Anyway...thanks as always for a wonderful post!Angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05748840293468845389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4376050346911543738.post-29946402242812076432010-06-05T18:57:18.851-07:002010-06-05T18:57:18.851-07:00Dr. Heckle,
